Concept

RECOMMENDATION: No objection to the concept design for the proposed new Science Center building at Georgetown University. Recommend further study of the south elevation, including the entrance and coordination with the east elevation detailing; development and integration of the enclosure for the mechanical equipment with the overall building design; and development of the landscape plan to incorporate plantings, lawn, and bio-retention water recycling areas. File new submission of concept development drawings, including details, dimensions, material samples, and landscape plan, for review by the Commission when ready.
