Dear Mr. Williams:

During its meeting of 15 July, the Commission reviewed and approved the proposed concept for the additions and modernizations to MacFarland Middle School, located on 4400 Iowa Avenue. Although the site plan is improved, the new stairway entrance should be more welcoming and further development of the new canopy is encouraged.

The Commission looks forward to future reviews of this project. As always, the staff is available should you require guidance.
