28 April 2006 Dear Mr. Brady: In the meeting of 20 April, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed and approved the concept design for the proposed addition to the School Without Walls (formerly known as the Grant School) with requests for additional information as the project develops. The proportions of the front façade and the sloped roof should be carefully studied in their relationship to the existing structure. In addition, the Commission would like to see more extensive investigation of the front facade materials and their visual qualities when the project is next submitted. Please submit the project for a revised concept review when ready. If you have any questions, the staff is available to assist you. Sincerely, Thomas Luebke, AIA Thomas M.
