File revised submission with permit application for review by the Commission when ready. Signs for other businesses in the building must be submitted for review under separate permit. Recommend applicant contact Historic Preservation Office and National Capital Planning Commission for review.

RECOMMENDATION: Recommend AGAINST the issuance of permit for proposed new fence in front yard as shown in drawings received and dated 7 April 2006 as inappropriate to the context of the house and the neighborhood. Applicant is requested to submit rear yard fence that was installed without appropriate review.

RECOMMENDATION: Application returned without comment. Property is outside the jurisdiction of the Commission of Fine Arts.

RECOMMENDATION: Project to be reviewed by direct submission as property is owned and managed by the District of Columbia.
