In the meeting of 20 April, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed and approved the concept of the proposed exterior materials presented for the previously approved concept of a ten-story office building located at 51 Louisiana Avenue, N.W. (S.L. 06-063). The Commission continues to support the proposed design and has delegated the final review to the staff.

Please submit the permit application and appropriate drawings and documentation when ready. If you have any questions, the staff is available to assist you.
