Dear Mr. Small:

In the meeting of 20 April, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed and approved the concept design for the proposed nine-story hotel located at 515 20th Street, N.W. (S.L. 06-065). The Commission expressed its preference for the darker-colored alternative for the metal panels and asked that the design team coordinate with the staff in developing the signage program for the building.

Please submit the permit application and appropriate drawings and documentation when ready. If you have any questions, the staff is available to assist you.
