In the last meeting of 19 January, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed and approved the final design for perimeter security at the National Museum of Natural History of the Smithsonian Institution. The Commission members encouraged the Smithsonian to work with the National Park Service to pursue the proposed pavement treatment crossing Madison Drive at the south entrance to the museum.
