Dear Ms. Mavritte:

In the last meeting of 19 January, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed and approved the concept design for the proposed addition to the Embassy of Israel in the International Center. The members stressed that careful detailing of the exterior etched-glass panels, along with a carefully developed exterior lighting scheme, will be essential for the success of the design proposal. The Commission looks forward to seeing further development of this project and a complete selection of exterior building materials for the addition to the existing embassy building. As always, the staff is available to assist you.
