In the meeting of 27 July, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed and approved the revised concept for the rehabilitation and additions to Eastern Market, located at 225 7th Street, S.E. The Commission members praised the revisions, which they said responded creatively to their previous guidance to respect the historic facades while providing needed improvements and other modernizations to the facility.

Final review of this project is delegated to the staff; please forward drawings when ready. If you have questions regarding the project, the staff is available to assist you.
