In the meeting of 15 June, the Commission reviewed and approved the concept for the building alterations and additions to 1227 and 1229-1231 25th Street, N.W. (S.L. 06- 101). The Commission supported the use of floor-to-ceiling glazing in the proposed residential buildings as well as the configuration of the massing and design elements.

The Commission requests that all zoning issues be resolved prior to submission for final review. As always, the staff is available to assist you and the design team to help coordinate subsequent submissions.
