Dear Mr. Russo:

In the meeting of 16 March, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed and approved the revised concept for a new physical fitness facility to be located at Fort McNair. While the composition of the massing is appropriate given the program, the Commission members look forward to seeing more information on the brick detailing when the project returns for final review.

The Commission looks forward to the review of this and future projects on Fort McNair. As always, the staff is available should you require guidance.
