In the meeting of 18 May, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed and approved the revised concept for the courtyard landscape at the Patent Office Building. The Commission members expressed their appreciation of the design team's responsive-ness to their previous concerns. As part of your next submission of more detailed information on design, lighting, and materials, the members requested final information on the palette of proposed plantings and a stain-resistant finish for the marble-clad planters.
