Dear Mr. Sebastian:

At its meeting of 18 January, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed and approved the design of the proposed bicycle transit center at the west plaza of Union Station. The Commission members expressed their support for the project and their hope that it will stimulate interest in the use of the bicycle and mass transit.

The Commission approved the submission as a final design with the understanding that any subsequent design changes will be submitted to the Commission for further review. Please coordinate with the staff for submission of the final construction documents.
