RECOMMENDATION: No objection to issuance of permit for proposed development of the Wormley School site with six new townhouses and for proposed landscape plan as shown in supplemental drawings dated 18 June 2007 which indicate refinements to the facades of the Italianate houses #4 and 5, and for the arched entrance of house #6. Recommend relocation of parapet on planter above garage entrance. Entrance wall and gate to the Wormley School, brick garden walls, and up-lighting of landscaping are deleted from this permit application and must be submitted for review separately. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
