No objection to issuance of permit for proposed revisions to previously approved design for rooftop addition and alterations to Georgetown Theater (see OG 14-116) as shown on supplemental drawings received 12 February 2015 which indicate new configuration of windows on south elevation using LePage double-hung all wood windows.  Alterations to lower the height of existing front parapet, to set back the roof addition and to introduce a sunken courtyard at rear yard were not approved and were deleted from this permit application.  Note:  Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
