No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a rooftop solar panel system, as shown in materials received and dated 8 September 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 15 and 18 September 2023, PROVIDED that the first row of panels be set back at least 3'-0" from the coping of the mansard roof as shown in the drawings, PROVIDED that the solar panels be mounted as shown in the drawings with low-profile rails on the roof rather than on the parapets, and PROVIDED that the new AC disconnect and existing electrical meter be painted to match the wall behind. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
