At the beginning of its meeting of 19 September, the Commission of Fine Arts, based on its prior review of the submission materials, approved the final design for the rehabilitation of and additions to the D.C. Preparatory Academy Public Charter School (the former Benning Elementary School), located at 100 41st Street, NE.
The Commission appreciates the responsiveness to its previous comments on the design. Please coordinate the submission of the permit application with the staff which, as always, is available to assist you.
