Letter
Dear Mr. Sanchez:
In the meeting of 20 April, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed and approved the concept design for the proposed reconfiguration of the main entrance to the H. Carl Moultrie I Courthouse. The Commission members commented that the proposal would greatly improve the entrance to the Courthouse and they suggested that the entire entrance plaza and its landscaping be redesigned and reconfigured to provide a more welcoming and distinguished approach to the building.
The Commission looks forward to the final review of this project and additional future plans for the building's rehabilitation as they are developed. As always, the staff is available to assist you and the design team to help coordinate subsequent submissions.
Sincerely,
Thomas Luebke, AIA
