Hope windows to be dark grey, and stucco on north facade and rear to be limestone color. Fence around parking lot and site work are deleted from this permit application. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval. Erect a material samples panel on site facing south for review by the Commission prior to ordering materials. File new submission of working drawings, including details, dimensions and material samples, for sign scheme, awnings, fence on public space and site work, with permit application for review by the Commission when ready.
