No objection to issuance of permit and public space permit for proposed alterations to rear for parking pad off East Place, retaining walls, wood fence and wood stairs as shown in supplemental drawings dated 28 June 2007. Working drawings conform to approved concept (see OG 06-289). Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
