The Commission regrets that work was begun prior to review and without a permit. No objection to issuance of permit for installation of Marvin 2/2 windows to match original profile, a new six panel wood door, and to remove the tile surround around the entrance. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
