The Commission regrets that the work was completed different than previously approved prior to review of revised design. No objection to issuance of permit for revised plans for two-story rear addition as shown in supplemental drawings dated 11 April 2008. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
