No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to existing rear deck, including wood railing, steps and decking, and for new wood fence, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 22 October and 12 November 2008. The use of composite materials was not approved and was replaced with wood. Railing and fence must be painted or stained. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
