The Commission regrets that extensive work was completed prior to review and without a permit. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to existing rear shed dormer and two new gable dormers at front as shown in supplemental drawings dated 19 November 2008. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
