No objection to the issuance of permit for the glazed enclosure of an arcade between the Willard InterContinental Hotel and the Willard Office Building, as shown in materials received and dated 12 November 2008, and supplemental materials received and dated 19 November 2008. Submission essentially conforms to the previously-approved concept design. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning and structural review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
