Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for proposed sign composed of back-lit letters and logo to match approved sign and location over entry doors (see case OG 05- 094) as shown in supplemental drawings dated 7 October 2008. Existing light fixtures illuminating facade were installed without review or permit, were NOT approved, and must be removed no later than 30 November 2008 with brick patched to match original condition. Yellow awning over side door was installed contrary to approved design under case OG 07-032 and must be removed and replaced with approved awning no later than 31 December 2008. Recommend inside of door that remains open is painted to match exterior. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
