No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to building on N Street, including new window openings on side walls to match detailing of existing, and one-story courtyard addition at lower level as shown in supplemental drawings dated 8 October 2008, which indicate brick piers on glass wall of in-fill. Alterations to N Street building for new storefront were NOT approved and were deleted from this permit application. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
