No objection to issuance of permit for proposed razing of historic frame construction which has lost structural integrity and for reconstruction as shown in supplemental drawings dated 11 June 2009 to match previously approved design for alterations under case OG 08-333. Recommend re-using salvaged original materials where possible. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit. Removal and reconstruction of west brick wall at second floor level, which requires additional information for review, was not approved and was deleted from this permit submission by applicant. File new submission of detailed drawings and specific process for proposed work on brick wall with separate permit application for review by the Commission when ready.
