No objection to the concept design for rehabilitation of the 14th Street public tour entrance, as shown in materials received and dated 5 November 2009. Suggest that additional study be given to restoring the entrance plaza to its original curved configuration and that the detailing of the new entrance way be further refined. Refer to the D.C. Historic Preservation Review Board.
