No objection to issuance of permit for the conversion of a first floor window opening to a door opening, as shown in materials received and dated 6 November 2009, pending further design consultation with CFA staff. Recommend that the existing opening width be maintained, and that the detailing be similar to the existing adjacent window to remain. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Review Board. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
