No objection to the issuance of permit for the exterior renovation of the Smith Center, as shown in materials received and dated 6 November 2009, provided that the applicant forward complete and revised permit drawings to CFA staff and provided that landscape and sign design, which are not included in this submission, are submitted for review. Design conforms with previously approved concept design. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
