The Commission regrets that sign program was installed without review or permit. Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for existing zebra print applied on two windows. No objection to issuance of permit for six logos of applied letters reading 'Toka' on second floor windows ONLY and for two non-illuminated banners ONLY provided the phone number is removed. All additional signs, banners and zebra prints on street facade must be removed no later than 31 January 2010. The two banners are acceptable in this location because they are for a business occupying a large space at the second floor level and identify the entrance access.
