No objection to the issuance of permit for new and restored window openings on the alley elevation of an existing office building, as shown in materials received and dated 5 March 2010, provided that the window lintel elevations are regularized to the greatest extent possible, and provided that the infill brick above the lintels is toothed into the existing brick. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Review Board. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
