Returned without Action. Submitted materials and a site visit of 20 April 2010 indicate that proposed one-story rear addition will not be visible from a public thoroughfare. Refer to the Historic Preservation Review Board. Note that application is a re-submission of an approved design reviewed under cases OG 05-060 and OG 05-081, except that alterations to the side wall visible from the street were completed as part of the previous permit. Note, existing shed on rear yard visible through the gap between buildings was completed prior to review or permit and must be removed no later than 31 July 2010.
