No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of two panel antennas and two GPS antennas on an existing penthouse, the installation of two dish antennas on sleds, and the installation of an associated equipment cabinet within an existing penthouse, all for FLO-TV, as shown in materials received and dated 3 September 2010 and supplemental materials received and dated 8 September 2010, provided that the antennas are painted to match the adjacent existing surfaces. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
