No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a replacement door and replacement paving, as shown in materials received and dated 3 September 2010 and supplemental materials received and dated 8 September 2010, provided that the paving is installed flush and level with the top of the existing brownstone step. Staff note with regret that this work was largely completed without a permit and that a stop work order was issued. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Review Board. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
