No objection to issuance of permit for proposed sign scheme for Tommy, including back-lit sign composed of 5-inch-high letters on sign panel above red-painted door, recovering of existing awnings with new woven fabric, and lettering on valance of awning above large storefront window ONLY as shown in red-lined supplemental drawings dated 21 December 2010 which indicate lettering on smaller awning, which was not approved, is deleted. Lettering on side panels was not approved. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
