No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of entry brick stairs with new brick stairs and metal railing as shown in supplemental drawings dated 6 July 2011. The Commission encourages the applicant to consider replacement with iron stairs to match those on other buildings on the row of houses, which would be a more historically accurate solution appropriate to this building. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
