No objection to issuance of permit for proposed two-story rear addition and repairs to historic porch as shown in supplemental drawings dated 27 June and 13 July 2011 which indicate lower eaves, smaller second floor windows, hyphens set-back 6-inches from the face of the wall, 2/2 wood windows with half screens and 1 1/2-in wide muntins to match those on house, and standing seam copper roof hand-pressed on site with traditional detailing. Window muntins must match 1 \'bd-in wide muntins on existing house. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
