No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to front yard driveway as shown in supplemental drawings dated 18 July 2011 which indicate narrowing of driveway to width of curb, use of pea gravel over a sand base in between the granite block borders, and new landscaping including the retention of existing specimen monkey puzzle tree. Provide a sample of the pea gravel on site for approval prior to ordering materials. Use of granite block pavers on driveway was not approved and was deleted from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
