Dear Ms. Wright:
The staff of the Commission of Fine Arts has reviewed the final design submission from the General Services Administration (GSA) for alterations to the south facade of the GSA headquarters building on the 1800 block of E Street NW, including new retail bays and canopies and a landscape design in the public way. The staff has no objections to the final plans for this project.
With the authority delegated by the Commission at its meeting of 20 January 2011, we approve the final design submission for this project as documented in the drawings and materials received and dated 3 April 2012. If there are any additional changes please contact the staff to determine if additional review will be required.
As always, the staff is available to assist you with future submissions.
