No objection to issuance of permit for proposed repair of existing handrails on balconies and terraces at the Flour Mill Condominiums as indicated in supplemental materials dated 23 August 2012, and for waterproofing and masonry work associated with the repair. Existing handrails and bricks on balconies will be salvaged and re-used with replacement-to-match existing only where needed. Location of handrails must match existing height. New mortar must match original mortar. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
