No objection to the final design for the proposed temporary full screening facility, with access ramps and walkways, to be located on the west lawn of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building to the north of the northwest carriage way, as shown in materials received and dated 4 April 2013. It is understood that the temporary facility will be in use for two years after its completion and after this period the structure will be removed and the site restored.
