No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to lower plaza at Washington Harbour to expand terraces in front of outdoor service bars as shown in supplemental drawings dated 12 April and 23 April 2013 which indicate 8 foot wide stairs at west end of west terrace, bull-nose detail on brick paving to match existing and IPE wood cladding. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
