No objection to issuance of permit for proposed one-story rear addition and alterations, including replacement windows at rear, French doors, and re-grading of side yard as shown in drawings dated 12 April 2013 which indicate addition will match footprint of existing greenhouse, shed roof sloping to rear, all-wood 2/2 replacement windows with 1 3/4 inch true-divided-lite muntins, and replacement wood fence. The fence must be stained (solid) or painted. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit. Note that the Foundation for the Preservation of Historic Georgetown holds an easement on this property.
