No objection to concept design for proposed sign scheme comprised of wall mounted sign and logo reading 'RiRa Irish Pub' at 3125 M Street and sign beneath entrance canopy at 3123 M Street as shown in supplemental drawings dated 18 April 2013 which indicate four gooseneck light fixtures only. Recommend screening of rooftop mechanical equipment visible from alley. Roof top outdoor seating area, relocation of mechanical equipment, blade sign with light fixtures, and sign on party wall were not approved and were deleted from the scope of work. File new submission at DCRA of construction drawings, including details and dimensions, with permit application for review by the Commission.
