No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of windows and door at rear of enclosed porch and for kitchen vent as shown in supplemental drawings dated 4 April 2013 which indicate use of Pella all-wood replacement double-hung, fixed casement and transom windows, and wood full-light door. Option for aluminum Endura-clad windows and door was not approved as its detailing is not compatible to the character of the historic district. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
