No objection to issuance of permit for proposed repair of slate roof with new copper flashing and salvaging existing slate for re-use as shown in supplemental information dated 14 December 2012. Replacement slate, only where necessary, will be previously weathered Vermont Semi Weathering Gray slate custom clipped to match profile, shape and color of existing slate. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
