No objection to issuance of permit for proposed two-story rear addition and alterations, including restoration of historic building, rear garden wall, permeable terrace of bluestone pavers on a gravel base, and landscape plan, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 14 December 2012 and 16 January 2013, which indicate all vents relocated to roof, and down lights only. Erect a material sample panel on site for review and approval by the Old Georgetown Board prior to ordering materials. Approval of the design is conditional on the approval of the material samples. Recommend that entrance gate be relocated perpendicular to the house. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
