No objection to the concept design for a new vehicular storage building and operations facility for the U.S. Army Transportation Agency to be located at Fort McNair at the corner of B and Canal Streets, SW, as shown in materials received and dated 3 July 2013. Recommend additional study of the detailing of the water table, pilasters, main door surround, and height of arches over the windows, which should be increased in height. (Previous: CFA 21/MAR/13-3)
